How to Have a Blast in subzero Weather

Here in Minnesota we have to take advantage of the outdoors whatever the temperature is.  So when some employees and friends expressed interest in a local beer festival in March, we provided Chaos Balaclavas and hats to keep them warm in the subzero (and when I say subzero I don't mean below freezing, I mean below 0 degrees Fahrenheit) weather.  They stuck it out and managed to stay warm even while their beer froze in their hands!
