Return of Unwanted Product:
If you decide to return an unwanted product please follow these guidelines:
Unless otherwise noted on the product page, all items have a 30 day return policy. Please contact us before returning items to ensure timely refund or exchange. Items must be returned in original undamaged packaging in new and unused condition for full refund. If the return is a result of an All Weather Goods error we will cover return shipping costs, otherwise the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please get a tracking number for any return shipments to ensure the item's safe return. We unfortunately cannot refund items lost in the mail without return tracking numbers as there is no way for us to locate the package and get our product back.
If the item was shipped free, we reserve the right to subtract our actual shipping cost from the the refund.
Allweathergoods will not charge restocking fees on products in new and unused condition in original packaging. Please note, however, if an item appears used, is returned damaged, or is missing packaging or tags, a restocking fee will be applied. Generally the restocking fee is 20%. Please understand this is necessary to keep our product prices as low as possible, as returned product usually cannot be resold. Extensive damage will result in a restocking fee of up to 50%.
In many cases for a domestic exchange we will ship the new product at no cost. The customer is
responsible for all shipping costs on international exchanges.
